About SmartCare Physical Therapy
SmartCare Physical Therapy specializes in treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions, neurological diagnoses, sports injuries, and various wellness services including fall prevention and home safety evaluations. Here at SmartCare our main goal is to improve your quality of life through decreasing your pain and improving your mobility to get you back to doing the things you love.
Along with regular in-clinic treatments, we also offer some case by case in home treatments as well as various wellness services. These wellness services include: home safety evaluations, fall prevention, and fitness/exercise plans.

Insurance/Payment
In most cases at SmartCare, you have the option to go through your insurance company, or pay privately for treatment. We accept many of the major insurance companies. Often times it is cheaper for you to pay our cash pay rate rather than us going through insurance. If you are to go this route, we can then provide you the paperwork to submit a claim to your insurance to be refunded. By not going through insurance, you do not require a referral or prior authorization, and the insurance company will not dictate the treatment we can provide you.
