CODY ST.GERMAIN, PT, DPT

Cody is a Doctor of Physical Therapy that graduated in 2016 with his bachelors degree in Kinesiology, and in 2018 with his doctorate degree in physical therapy, both from Husson University.  He specializes in treating orthopedic and sports injuries, as well as fall prevention and wellness in the aging population. On top of that, Cody has extensive training in treating injuries of all extremities, the spine, TMJ disorder, vertigo, headaches and much more. Cody is additionally certified in Dry Needling through Integrative Dry Needling which is used to treat various orthopedic conditions. Outside of the clinic, Cody is the Dirigo High School boys varsity basketball coach. He enjoys playing all sports, cheering on the New England sports teams, hiking, fishing, hunting and spending time with his family, friends and his dog Brady.

LAUREN HEBERT, PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Hebert received his first PT degree from University of Vermont in 1974, then his Doctorate in PT in 2008 from University of New England.  He received his first Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 1998, then his second in 2009.  He also specializes in workplace Ergonomics and injury prevention, working as a consultant at more than 500 workplaces since 1983.  He has authored numerous publications as well as taught therapists nationwide on these topics.  After years of nationwide experience, he returned to hometown Dixfield where he could focus on family and serving his community.  He is an avid outdoorsman, Registered Maine Guide, early American historian, and amateur archaeologist focusing on Maine and Utah prehistory.
