Dry Needling is a treatment technique involving thin needles to penetrate the skin and stimulate the underlying corrective tissues for the management of pain and movement impairments. ​Dr. St.Germain is trained through Integrative Dry Needling (IDN) in this specialty. We utilize this on a case by case basis with patients interested in this modality. Dry Needling is NOT generally covered by insurance.
