At SmartCare, we treat a wide range of diagnoses. We are "direct access" providers, meaning you can come to see us WITHOUT a referral (depending on your insurance). We are heavily trained at ruling out other medical conditions that would require referral back to your doctor.

 

Following a detailed examination, we will create a detailed and individualized plan of care. We do not have a "one size fits all" treatment plan. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy will identify your impairments, pain areas, and diagnosis and find the plan that will work for you. Our goal is to work WITH you to get you back to the things you love...pain-free!
