Welcome to Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
We're so glad you're here
Your pelvic floor is the foundation of your body and your core—supporting your bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs while helping you move, laugh, and live comfortably. When those muscles get too tight, weak, or out of sync, it can lead to issues like leaking, pain, or pressure.

Our goal? To help you feel stronger, more confident, and back in control of your body—whether you’re recovering from childbirth or surgery, dealing with leakage, or just want to improve your everyday wellness.
Common Conditions Pelvic PT Can Treat:
-
Urinary incontinence
-
Urinary retention
-
Pelvic pain
-
Pregnancy rehabilitation
-
Postpartum recovery
-
Pelvic organ prolapse
-
Constipation

Freedom to Laugh, Jump, and Live, Leak-Free
When you come into the clinic for your first visit, your PT will ask you several questions about your medical history, current symptoms, and goals. An external examination including evaluation of your hips, core, and low back will be done. Internal examinations are done on a case-by-case basis. They are always optional and can be done at any time.

Treatment may include manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, strengthening activities, education, postural retraining, breathing, stretching, and habit training.

Physical therapy is a safe and effective way to treat these common problems. We look forward to working with you!
